Returns and Refunds

Easy Returns - No Hassle Money Back Guarantee:

Our return policy is designed to give customers peace of mind, and we guarantee the quality of the products we sell. If the product you purchased from EVERYDAY MATS do not fit the car model you purchased for or is a defective item, you can take advantage of our “No Hassle Money Back Guarantee” and return your item(s) for a refund within 30 days of purchase as long as it’s unused, undamaged, and in the original manufacturer's packaging, which include any hang tags to receive a refund. This means the item(s) must be returned in the state you received it. All returns are subject to evaluation by the Returns Department.

Refunds:

All refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment or store credit. Once the return has been received by our Returns Department, we will process your refund within 72 hours. This will show on your next statement, and depending on your bank; it may take a full billing cycle for it to post to your account.

  • New, unopened, unused item(s) will be issued a full refund of the item(s) to the original form of payment. Outbound shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If the item does not fit the car model you ordered for - we will issue you a refund.

Return By Mail:

Please carefully pack your item(s) securely to ensure there is no damage to the returned product during transit. Customers are responsible for any costs associated with the item(s) being returned damaged during transit.

  • If you received the wrong item or the item does not fit, we will send you a return shipping label for Free.
  • Other Return/Exchange - shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Returns are handled within 7-10 business days from the date our warehouse receives your return; however, during peak periods, it can take up to 2 weeks. Refunds will be completed within 72 hours of your return being processed.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Return Exclusions:

Please note, we reserve the right to include a processing fee in some instances, which would be deducted from your refund.

  • A 35% fee will be deducted from the refund for item(s) that require cleaning or have been returned without any fitment/defective issue to cover packaging/handling/restocking cost, please provide us with photos via email for proof of fitment issue/defect prior to sending the item for refund. 

  • If the item is defective or does not fit, we will issue you a full refund Hassle-Free 

Exchanges:

Direct exchanges of an item(s) are not possible at this time. If you need a different vehicle model or product, you may return your original item(s) for a full refund of the item(s) and place a new order. Placing a new order now will expedite the arrival of your new item(s). A refund will be processed as soon as we receive your return item(s).

eGift Cards:

eGift Cards are not eligible for returns (may not be redeemed for cash unless required by law).

Warranty:

  • At EVERYDAY MATS, we are committed to producing high-quality products that will last you a lifetime. All products purchased from our authorized retailers or www.everydaymats.com store are warrantied against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. If your product fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace it at our discretion. If the exact style is not available for replacement, we will issue a store credit.
  • Please note that our warranty does not cover repairs necessary due to accidents, improper care or maintenance, negligence, normal wear and tear, severe abrasive conditions, chemical contamination, misuse or abuse, modifications, incorrect installation, or incorrect use.
